Fleeing Spirits presents a scene of pure momentum. Two vividly green, inventively shaped spirits appear mid-chase, their bodies animated by a sense of urgency that feels both ancient and oddly joyful. There is no background to anchor us, no scenery to explain their flight. And that absence is not a loss, it is an invitation. The viewer becomes a kind of co-author, left to wonder what unseen force sets these creatures into motion. Fear? Mischief? The work refuses to answer, and in doing so, it gives us the thrill of not knowing.
