In this drawing, the kettle is built from a dense field of brown 'V' marks, so the body reads as weighty, warm, and full. The handle, lid, and spout shift to purple, and that colour change lifts them forward, like metal catching a cooler light. Each V is a tiny unit, repeated until surface becomes pattern. Steam lines rise from the spout, signalling that the form is not only shown but active, warmed from within.
