Jim and Bonnie Dillard are longtime Kodiak artists and educators with deep ties to the Alutiiq Museum and to cultural arts programming across Kodiak Island. Jim taught mask carving and woodworking in local communities, at times alongside Sven Haakanson Jr., while Bonnie contributed to art education and collaborative projects. Their work reflects the couples' sustained engagement with historic Alutiiq forms and the broader revival of Alutiiq artistic traditions on Kodiak.
