Bird is a beautiful example of Napachie Sharky's skill as an artist and carver. His meticulous attention to detail shows itself in the finely defined feathers and smooth, polished surface of the stone. With wings spread, this bird is perhaps preparing to take off, or merely stretching out after a rest. Regardless of reason, the display further highlights the impossibly thin plane of stone that Napachie has made to represent this light creature.
