The sculpture looks like it was carved by a highly skilled and sensitive artist. It is the kind of work that we can imagine a young Paul Malliki creating; we even considered Henry Evaluardjuk as a possibility. In the end, of course, an attribution is not really crucial; the work is a stunningly beautiful work of art.
