    It never ceases to amaze us how subtly sensuous some seemingly simple carvings by Pangnark can be. Figure is a truly elegant little gem, a carving that begs to be cradled in one’s hands and gently caressed. Despite its crisp outline visually speaking, there are no hard edges. And for a so-called “minimalist” work, it is quite easily read as a human figure. Simply lovely.
