This multifigure model pole features an eagle, raven, frog, and bear with salmon. Along with his father and son, Arthur Moody was a member of the Moody family of multigenerational argillite carvers who “have probably contributed a greater volume of argillite than any three generations in a single family” (Drew and Wilson 1980, 254). Arthur Moody’s work can be found in a number of major museum collections, including the Museum of Anthropology at UBC and the Museum of Vancouver.
