Qiyuk has morphed the bodies of the two “bird parents” so that they become the nest itself. The chicks are thus doubly protected, as each adult looks out for danger as well. Despite its rather diminutive scale, this work delivers a delightfully powerful message of parental love and family unity.Provenance
