Tukakikaloo Pootoogook's Four Geese is a study in graceful simplicity. The composition, featuring four geese in profile, is a testament to the elegance of minimalistic design, using a restrained colour palette that emphasizes form and movement. The deep blues and subtle browns create a sense of calm and dignity, while the touches of yellow add a lively contrast that draws the eye. Notably, this is the only published print by the artist included in the annual Dorset graphic catalogue, making it a rare acquisition – as well as a rather charming one!
