A testament to the sculptural mastery of Barnabus Arnasungaaq, this resting muskox captivates with its rounded forms that convey a serene solidity. The subtly formed horns and snout blend harmoniously with the gentle curves, while the finely etched eyes bring a quiet life to the stone. The legs are carefully modelled at the sides of the creature, suggesting that this muskox is in a state of rest, laying down in the tundra's quiet embrace.
