How refreshing, therefore, to encounter a work that approaches the familiar from an entirely fresh perspective. This whimsical composition portrays two young bears engaged in acrobatic play with one seemingly somersaulting over the other. The risk of carving such delicate detail coupled with time it must have taken to work so cautiously leaves us amazed with this mini masterpiece.
