But beneath the apparent frenzy is a carefully mirrored composition, with figures arranged in rhythmic balance.
Bold appliqué shapes in vibrant colours clash brilliantly with the dark background, their contrasting stitchwork adding to the sense of noise and movement. Amidst the visual tumult, a calm shaman figure at the top centre appears to orchestrate the scene, flanked by serene spirit heads, quiet anchors in an otherwise ecstatic performance.
