The elongated face, with deep-set eyes inlaid with black, emerges from the natural taper of the material. Sparse detailing and subtle surface textures heighten the intensity of the expressionL somber, almost spectral. The base is minimally worked, grounding the sculpture while allowing the vertical flow of the antler to remain central to the composition’s power.
