Found in a variety of form factors with what can be viewed as more "traditional" decoration, this heeled boot is a departure. While the incised vamp and collar edge lean towards a sewn kamik, the distinctive heel cap gives a decidedly western feel to this boot, possibly hinting at some observation and possible inspiration from new citizens to the north on the artist's part.
