The animals stack vertically, one atop the next, their elongated limbs and expressive mouths turning the print into a kind of totemic chorus. Each caribou pulses with individuality: the yellow one yelps upward, the blue charges forward, the grey appears startled mid-breath. Hand-painted by Harold Klunder, the colours are not only symbolic but deeply sculptural, sitting thickly against the grey ground.
