Jutai Toonoo is probably best known for his starkly unique style that features several unconventional images of human figures, and blunt messaging. His sculptural work is predominately made from the green and black serpentinite that is now synonymous to Kinngait, and the present work is a beautiful, large example of both the stone, and Toonoo's opinion on a matter. With its title boldly inscribed across a plane of the work, faces emerge from the stone along its edges, perhaps speaking the thought.
