These delightful creatures likely originate from the Eastern Arctic, possibly Kimmirut, and date back to the late 1940s or early 1950s. Although unsigned, it is clear they are the work of highly skilled artisans. We believe the polar bear and walrus heads, beautifully crafted, may have been carved as a pair and are certainly by the same hand. Truly stunning!
